Walk through the Old Town
We offer the walk through the most attractive promenade in Gdańsk - Długa Street with the Długi Targ called the Royal Route in conjunction with Mariacka Street, which reflect the charm of this city. Houses, cafes, unique place that create the atmosphere of Gdańsk enchant anyone who has the opportunity to move the center of the Główne Miasto.
1. Our walk starts from Brama Wyżynna, which is the beginning of the Royal Route.
2. Visit in Amber Museum breathtaking specimens embedded in resin organisms, flora and fauna.
3. Walk through Katownia and Wieża Więzienna, Złota Brama and Houses: of Uphagen and Ferber, representative houses of Długa Street.
4. Visit in Ratusz Główny Miasta.
5. Visit in Dwór Artusa - former major center of social and commercial life. Opposite - Neptune Fountain - the symbol of Gdansk.
6. New Bench House or vestibule of Gdansk - from the window of the hall will look at us the famous "Lady from the window" - the character from romance written in 1891 by Jadwiga Łuszczewska.
7. Walk next to the Kamiennica Krolewska and Złote Kamienniczki.
8. Zielona Brama - now the headquarters of the National Museum and the headquarters of Lech Walesa - Nobel Peace Prize laureate.
9. Walk through Mariacka Street, to the Bazylika Mariacka - undoubtedly the most enchanting streets of Gdansk, the completely reconstructed entrances, conveniently giving the unique atmosphere and character of old buildings in Gdansk. Amber stands, street musicians, exhibitions shops make a lasting impression on visitors from around the world.
